Test Center Code: 171720
Please attach a check and make payable to DUKE University. The price is $74. If you are on free or reduced lunches the fee is $25.
The deadline for having forms in with payment will be Friday, November 1, 2013. I will copy all forms and be sure all information is correct.
All students will need to register at www.number2.com and add me as their coach. I will encourage and help with any needed study materials. I am asking for you to each spend at least one hour per week preparing for the ACT. The students in the past who have studied have always scored much better than the students who didn’t. I will also run weekly reports and hold each of you accountable for your study time.
If you have any questions, or need further assistance, please e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org
STUDENTS: PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SCHOOL E-MAIL ACCOUNTS ON A REGULAR BASIS. This is how I will communicate with you most of the time.
I look forward to working with each of you.
